About

J’AIPUR is a global journal exploring the elegance of art, design, culture, and the way we live. Through a refined East-meets-West perspective, the magazine celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and the pursuit of beauty as essential to modern life.

Founded by Rupi Sood, a New York City–based editor and real estate professional with over fifteen years of experience in the publishing and luxury sectors, J’AIPUR brings together stories that bridge art and lifestyle, heritage and innovation, East and West. Rupi holds a Master’s Degree with Honors in Contemporary Art from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art (New York) as well as undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Education. She has been featured by Harper’s Bazaar India as a “woman taking control of the narrative.”

J’AIPUR is a sophisticated platform that engages a discerning audience interested in art, design, interiors, fashion, and travel. The publication reflects a belief that the appreciation of beauty — whether in objects, spaces, or ideas — is integral to the art of living well.

The print edition of J’AIPUR is published annually in New York City and produced by Hemlock Printers Ltd. in Vancouver (Canada), one of North America’s leading printing houses. Digital editions are updated throughout the year extending the brand’s reach to a global audience of collectors, designers, cultural institutions, and readers who share an appreciation for art and beauty.
